CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I strive to accommodate my clients to the best of my ability. To ensure smooth scheduling for everyone, I kindly request a 5 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 5 days before the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service price. Please note that this fee cannot be applied to rescheduled appointments. For no-show or same day cancellation appointments, the full service price will be charged. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, as the reserved time is difficult to fill at short notice.
