CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to the following policies: • A valid card on file and a deposit are required for all appointments. • Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service and are non-refundable. Cancellations Cancellations made less than five (5) days prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Rescheduling • Reschedules must be requested at least three (3) days in advance. • One complimentary reschedule is permitted. • Additional reschedules will incur a 50% service fee. • Rescheduled appointments must remain within the same calendar month to avoid fees. • After multiple reschedules, future bookings will require a new appointment and deposit. No-Shows Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service charge. These policies ensure fairness, availability, and respect for reserved appointment times.
